At NovaRushShop, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale items
• Products damaged through misuse
• Personalized or custom items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
